Ed has been a licensed real estate agent with Watkins' since its formation. Ed also owns an environmental assessment and remediation company which was formed in 1990. As an environmental specialist, Ed has worked with numerous properties for third party assessments and remediation as well projects undertaken by Watkins Company. He provides valuable consultation as to cost effective remedies and solutions to properties impacted with contaminants. Ed has been involved in property management, sales and leasing since 1989. Ed received a B.S. in Business and Finance from the University of Missouri - Columbia, Missouri in 1989. He has taken additional course work at Georgia Tech, AEROSTAT Environmental Engineering Corporation and Environmental Assessment Association for his environmental specialty.
