Eric joined Watkins & Company after 15 years of experience in most facets of commercial real estate specializing in finance and accounting. Eric has worked as a staff accountant, lease auditor, controller and financial analyst for various real estate concerns. Eric's prior experience includes nine years with the highly experienced Morgan/Dreiseszun family. Eric had additional real estate related accounting experience at Lioness Realty Group (now MC Lioness Realty). Eric has a B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Kansas and an MBA from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. He is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Missouri and Kansas and is a CPA. Eric performs all phases of accounting and finance.
