Hal brings a wealth of practical experience to the real estate brokerage profession. His experience running businesses, while leasing and owning real estate for the past thirty years, allows him to offer valuable insight to his clients. Currently, Hal is redeveloping several properties, repositioning them to realize their maximum value. He specializes in investment, retail and multi-tenant properties. Hal received his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis in 1973, is licensed in both Missouri and Kansas, and is a member of the Kansas City Area Commercial Brokers Association, KCRAR, CCIM and ULI.
