Mark joined Watkins and Company with 15 years of personal investing in commercial and residential real estate. While investing in real estate he also brings experience in the civic community by working for the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce. He is an active alumnus in the Chamber's Centurion Leadership program. Mark is involved with a variety of volunteer projects and stays connected in the business community through Chamber committees and networking programs. He also serves on the UMKC Friends of the Library board.

Mark specializes in tenant representation, landlord representation, development and investment sales. He has his real estate licenses in Kansas and Missouri and is working toward CCIM designation. Mark is a graduate of Kansas State University. His instinctive entrepreneurial spirit plays an important role helping him achieve his clients goals and objectives.
