Tami has been with Watkins & Company for 9 years. She has been a licensed salesperson in Missouri and Kansas since 1996. Her responsibilities include administration of marketing, compliance, property management, IT implementation and coordination, contracts, agency agreements, loans, billings and payables. She has substantial experience in processing loan draw requests, closings and providing support documentation. Her ability to remain calm and process mountainous documentation requests while being thorough has been a valuable anchor and stabilizing force within our organization.
