We can assist you through the many phases of development such as selection of the appropriate architect and engineer, generating specifications for a competitive bid of your project, acquisition of government incentives, standard form leases and monitoring the project throughout the construction phase. Once completed, we can assist with the lease up and marketing of your project and advise as to market conditions to maximize your return.
