Melissa Caton joined the brokerage in 2026 and is well-qualified to help clients with their real estate goals throughout the greater Kansas City area. With a background in land conservation and a genuine passion for the land, she brings a thoughtful perspective and deep appreciation for the properties she represents. Melissa is especially passionate about helping clients find opportunities that align with both their needs and the lasting value of the land. Her prior experience in farming, case management at the EPA, and marriage to an architect/builder gives her a well-rounded perspective in understanding “best fit” scenarios for clients.
